While no(actual)magic is involved, this square is a mathematical wonder for the pick 3 lottery...
To assist in the using of Pick 3 Strategy #1 here is an illustrated view of how that system works and the introduction of Pick 3 Strategy #2.
The strategy used here is more or less finding a wining draw from your state in the top square and finding another in the same square or the square beneath it,
which occurs by simply looking for hits diagonally, in an L, 7 or J shape, horizontally and vertically. The twist to this as it applies to the Pick 3 Lottery is that when the sum comes in your state cross out the digits and look for the next row or diagonal hit to come...
